Today's update:
  • You must act now to reduce the spread of coronavirus. Following advice will save lives.
  • You should restrict your day to day activities outside your home.
  • Only travel if essential. If you can stay home, you must stay home
  • If you have to go outside, keep a full arm-span (about 1.5 metres) between yourself and other people.
  • Stay connected to friends, family and your community. Pick up the phone, use email, social media or video chats.
You must take the following actions now to reduce the risk of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection to yourself and the community.

To protect yourself from coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to regularly wash your hands. 
Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve or elbow. 

If you are unwell: 
  • Self-isolate at home.
  • Do not go to public places.
  • Do not attend work, schools, universities or social gatherings during this period.
  • Do not visit aged care facilities.
