the Kiewa River at Kiewa (main branch) and at Bandiana.
MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT KIEWA AND BANDIANA
Minor flooding is expected to continue along the Kiewa River at Kiewa (Main Stream) and at Bandiana for the next few days.
In the 24 hours to 1:00pm Saturday, rainfall totals of 10-20 mm have been recorded in the Kiewa River catchment.
Rainfall totals of 5-10 mm with higher isolated totals possible are forecast for the remainder of Saturday.
Kiewa River downstream of Mongans Bridge:
Minor flooding is occurring along the Kiewa River downstream of Mongans Bridge.
The Kiewa River at Kiewa (Main Stream) is currently at 3.36 metres and steady, with minor flooding. The Kiewa River at Kiewa (Main Stream) is expected to remain above the minor flood level (3.30 m) during Saturday and into Sunday.
The Kiewa River at Bandiana is currently at 2.88 metres and rising slowly, with minor flooding. The Kiewa River at Bandiana is expected to remain above the minor flood level (2.80 m) during the weekend.
