  • The bushfire at Barmouth Spur is not yet under control.
  • This fire is approximately 2500 hectares in size located in an inaccessible area about 20kms west of Ensay.
  • Crews are continuing to work on this fire using heavy machinery and aircraft.
  • Forecast increased winds may result in increased fire activity later in the day on Friday 29th November.
There is no immediate threat to the community and no action is required. However you should continue to monitor warnings and be ready to act quickly if the situation changes.
