  • The bushfire located 6km east of Ensay is NOT YET UNDER CONTROL
  • Activity on this fire may increase this week as warmer weather conditions evolve.
  • The Mt Elizabeth Fire is now being managed as part of the Tambo 41 Ensay - Ferntree Creek Fire
  • Despite milder conditions and recent rainfall, fuels continue to burn at high intensity.
  • Containment lines have been built on the western edge of the fire to protect private property, Crews Continue to strengthen all containment lines. firefighters continue to patrol and monitor all edges of the fire.
  • Everyone should have a Bushfire survival plan. for further information on how to create a plan go to Bushfire Plan
  •  Smoke maybe visible from nearby communities and roads.
