This Community Information message is being issued for Jericho - Park Road. 
  • The bushfire at Park Road Jericho is now contained.
  • Firefighters continue to monitor this fire and mop up hot spots.
The following roads and tracks remain closed:
  • Australian Alpine Walking Track - between Stronachs Campground and Easton Portal.
  • Cream Can Hill Track
  • Upper Thomson Road
  • Mt Gregory Track
  • Sucklings Road
  • Trig Point Track
  • Basalt Hill Track
  • Park Road
  • Section of Thomson-Jordan Road between Park Road and Basalt Hill Track
Check the VicTraffic website (traffic.vicroads.vic.gov.au/) or call 13 11 70 for road closures.   Check parks.vic.gov.au/coc-listing and ffm.vic.gov.au for Forest and Park closures.

This message replaces the Advice message issued at 11.00 am 2/03/25.   
There is no immediate threat to the community and no action is required.

Smoke may be visible from nearby communities and roads.
