Community Update - Fire - Stay Informed Unknown Jericho - Park Road Yesterday at 6:55 PM
This Community Information message is being issued for Jericho - Park Road. 
  • The bushfire at Park Road Jericho under control.
  • Firefighters remain in the area monitoring this fire and mopping up hot spots.
The Australian Alpine Walking Track is open via a temporarily detour using the Upper Thomson Road.  Signage is in place indicating this re-route.  

The following roads and tracks remain closed:
  • Trig Point Track
  • Cream Can Hill Track
  • Upper Thomson Road
  • Mt Gregory Track
  • Sucklings Road
  • Basalt Hill Track
  • Park Road
  • Section of Thomson-Jordan Road between Park Road and Basalt Hill Track
Check the VicTraffic website (traffic.vicroads.vic.gov.au/) or call 13 11 70 for road closures.   Check parks.vic.gov.au/coc-listing and ffm.vic.gov.au for Forest and Park closures.

There is no immediate threat to the community and no action is required.
