  • There is a bushfire at 10 kilometres north-northwest of Mount Richmond that is not yet under control.
  • Smoke will be visible from nearby communities and roads. 
  • Aircraft may be visible in the area. A reminder to not use drones in the area as this will cease firefighting operations . 
  • Firefighters are on scene and working to contain the fire.
  • This Community Information replaces the previous message issued at 7pm 17/10/2025.
There is no immediate threat to the community and no action is required.
