This Community Information is being issued for Charlton, Yeungroon East, Yeungroon.
  • The grassfire at Resevoir-Parish Rd,Charlton is now under control, but fire is still burning in a number of trees and stumps. 
  • Emergency services will continue to monitor.
  • The following roads remain closed while being accessed for damage: Yeungroon Road and River Road.
  • Check the VicTraffic website for all current road closures https://traffic.transport.vic.gov.au/
  • Smoke may be visible from nearby communities and roads. 
  • This Community Information message replaces the Advice message issued on Monday 22-12-2025 at 11:15AM.
There is no immediate threat to the community and no action is required.
