  • The situation at the Viva Refinery continues to ease.
  • Firefighters continue to conduct air quality, water runoff and atmospheric testing.
  • All levels are safe for the community.
  • Firefighters will remain on scene for several days to ensure there is no risk of fire and to allow investigations to occur.
There is no immediate threat to the community and no action is required.
