Minor flooding is possible along the Goulburn River at McCoys Bridge.

The Goulburn River at McCoys Bridge is currently at 8.66 m and steady, below the minor flood level. The Goulburn River at McCoys Bridge may reach around the minor flood level (9.00 m) Monday into Tuesday.

What you should do: 
  • People living or camping on the Goulburn River between Shepparton and Kanyapella should expect river level rises on Saturday as floodwater arrives from Shepparton. 
  • Farmers should consider moving livestock and machinery from along the river to higher ground. 
  • Be prepared to act if your situation changes.
