This is a Final Flood Warning for Murray River - Yarrawonga to Barmah.

Water releases from Yarrawonga Weir had caused river level rises along the Murray River between Yarrawonga and Barmah. 

River levels are gradually falling however low-lying areas including campsites and sections of parkland adjacent to the river may still be impacted.

Campers are encouraged to remain aware of your local conditions as floodwater may still impact access tracks, making them impassable to all vehicle types.

The threat of flooding is reduced. Be aware of any hazards that may still exist in the warning area.
What you should do:
  • Floodwater is dangerous - never enter floodwater.
  • Find alternative travel routes if roads or underpasses are flooded.
  • Be aware of driving hazards, such as mud, debris, damaged roads and fallen trees.
If your home or business has been flooded
  • Check for building damage before you enter.
  • Have all electrical and gas equipment professionally tested before use.
  • Clean and dry out the building as soon as possible.
