Final Flood Watch has been issued for
Parts of North and Northeast Victoria.
Moderate to locally heavy rainfall has been observed across the Flood Watch area since Friday evening. This has resulted in creek and river level rises and areas of isolated minor flooding across parts of North and Northeast Victoria.
Rainfall and flood risk has eased across the flood watch area and no further flooding is expected. River levels are yet to peak in some downstream locations and may remain elevated over the next few days. The situation is being closely monitored and warnings will be issued as required.
Flood Warnings are current for the following catchment(s): Kiewa, Ovens and King and Murray d/s of Tocumwal.
Flooding is no longer expected in the following catchment(s): Upper Murray and Mitta Mitta, Loddon and Avoca
The threat of flooding is reduced. You can now return
to normal activity, but be aware of any hazards that may still exist in the
warning area.
